Liked: Overall, the hotel was comfortable, and the staff was welcoming. Its location was convenient, being quite close to all the city’s main attractions. Upon check-in, we were greeted with fruit and water, and throughout the day, snacks were available on the -1 floor. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious, featuring a nice shower and a sufficient supply of toiletries.
Disliked: However, the view from our room was underwhelming, and at night, the noise from nearby bars made it difficult to sleep. Room service was consistently delayed—on the first day, the staff member entered our room but only took a dish and refilled the water without cleaning, despite the “clean room” tag being placed. We had to call and request proper cleaning, which took over half an hour. The following day, when we returned in the late afternoon, housekeeping was still working on our room, which felt quite late for a cleaning service.

Would Recommend

Liked: The location is great, the staff was friendly, the hotel was quiet and clean, breakfast was good with a lot of options, and the room was spacious enough. They offer a welcome drink and a snacks with tea and coffee in the afternoon. We were very happy with our choice to stay here and we would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
Disliked: The ONLY thing we didn't care for was the lighting in the bathroom. The mirror seemed like it was tinted. Even with all the lights on the mirror was way too dark to be useful.

Liked: A great location and exceptionally welcoming staff. Welcome drinks and some sweets were cute.
Disliked: The hotel desperately needs renovation. Hardly something worked in our room: The door to the bathroom didn't properly close, one of the USB sockets didn't work, the air conditioner lived its own life. The room was absolutely tiny—you never expect this from a "four-star" hotel. And noise of course: Hardly any sound-proofing—you could hear people walking upstairs and in corridors, there's a very popular and loud bar just a few meters from the hotel with loud music audible very late.
