Liked: Very good facilities, friendly and helpful staff, great location. A dripping tab was resolved very quickly with a room upgrade

A place for a pleasant...

Liked: Great location. I can walk to the Hagley Park and the Riverside Market easily. The view is lovely.Lovely staff, all the receptions and waitress are kind and helpful.The ground floor has a really cozy atmosphere to enjoy a cup of tea and dinner.Food is great.
Disliked: The floor under the bed was uncleaned. There are spider webs on the tables and chairs outside. The cleaner went straight into my room without permission.

Liked: Beautiful room so clean and everything we needed
Disliked: We stayed in room 100 and it did smell a little like cat pee. I think maybe the bushes outside the room it was a strong odour in the room. Also would be great if there were curtains covering the blinds to make it more black out as we had the street lights shining in throughout the night.
