Good

Great hotel, but not a...

Liked: Location was good. In a newer part of Christchurch with lots of new restaurants. The hotel restaurant is amazing! Even if I don't stay there I would recommend going. Lobby and front desk reception is wonderful. Free parking.
Disliked: The hotel was a nice hotel but it did not feel like a 5 star hotel. Somethings that we experienced: water leaks out of the shower door so you have to clean the floors after use, screws fell out of the curtain when I closed it, cigarettes butt on the patio from prior guests, bed was not that comfortable with pillows being pretty flat, and our first room had a broken bed frame.

Liked: The size of the room, the styling and the block out curtains along with proximity to shops without being too close
Disliked: Nothing - it was outstanding

Good place to stay from...

Liked: Staff was excellent—very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our room was very clean.
Disliked: We didn’t feel that our breakfasts were up to par.
