Horrid!!!!

Liked: Almost nothing. Spacious room, but virtually no other redeeming features
Disliked: I toilet had a slow leak. Bathroom lighting flickered then died and was not replaced during my stay.There was no shampoo, body gel or conditioner in the bathroom and I was told that these items were only replace every 3 days. I would have to wait until Monday. I left Sunday morning. The T.V. had no signal and the 'technician' could not restart the T.V. A second pillow request was refused. Bed was made, but nothing else was cleaned. The breakfast served a choice of cold scrambled egg, greasy sliced wieners and cool potato chunks. No lids for take away coffee. 1 poor man trying to serve the entire food area. The aging manager became annoyed during checkout, as we interrupted his morning bagel and newspaper read, And no fee reduction or other accommodation was offered for these lack of services. To say that this was a representation of the 'BEST WESTERN"brand is a joke. I will never stay at this hotel again, nor should any of your clients ever be referred to it.
