Never booking here again.

Disliked: Not what we expected. Nothing like the pictures shown on the booking site. Booked for a 1 bed and no rooms available so they gave us a 2 bed room. Told front desk restroom had A/C leak and supposedly they were going to change us rooms. Supposed to be an “Upgraded room” and all we got was trash.

Disliked: Room 201, stay away from it. Restroom was leaking from ceiling, restroom door is a wooden slide door so you can’t lock it.

Disliked: Very old and not well kept. Not worth the price.

Great location, but room allocation...

Liked: The location is excellent, with safe surroundings and plenty of nearby places to visit. Once I was moved to a room with an exterior window, my stay became much more comfortable. The staff eventually accommodated my request, which improved the experience.
Disliked: Initially, I was placed in a room facing a small interior patio, which was disappointing. The main entrance was closed when I arrived at midnight, making it difficult to find, and my taxi dropped me at the wrong hotel. The staff initially refused to change my room, which was frustrating.
