Great location, but room allocation...

Liked: The location is excellent, with safe surroundings and plenty of nearby places to visit. Once I was moved to a room with an exterior window, my stay became much more comfortable. The staff eventually accommodated my request, which improved the experience.
Disliked: Initially, I was placed in a room facing a small interior patio, which was disappointing. The main entrance was closed when I arrived at midnight, making it difficult to find, and my taxi dropped me at the wrong hotel. The staff initially refused to change my room, which was frustrating.

Great location but very outdated...

Liked: The location is perfect. Very close to all the tourist places and restaurants. Walking distance to good places.
Disliked: The hotel is very outdated. 1970's decor. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling and was moldy. The furniture was very old. The refrigerator did not work. Breakfast hours started at 7 am. Go down and breakfast was not ready. Had to wait 30 more minutes. Was not able to try the breakfast as I had to leave. Was not even offered coffee or compensation for the breakfast. Do not recommend their taxi service from the hotel. Taxi drivers arrived late and I had to look for another taxi.
