Great location in the centre...

Liked: Very good location in walking distance of all the attractions we wanted to visit, as well as a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
Disliked: On occasion can be disturbed by outside noise, during the night.

Disliked: Lighting for applying make-up wasn’t great.

Hotel with wonderful staff and...

Liked: Staff was amazing - from people at the front desk, reception to restaurant and rooftop terrase staff, who were excellent in communication and helpful. The hotel itself has a good vibe with nice hints of classic and contemporary art. Refined toiletry, cosy bathrobes.
Disliked: Room service could do better - beds were made nicely in the afternoon, but empties, used towels could be taken into account as well. We wanted to use in-room dinig services, but nobody answered the phone and never called back.
