Superb Stay in the Heart...

Liked: My bday weekend stay in the center of Madrid was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the hotel made us feel special with a welcome glass of champagne:) a perfect way to start my bday weekend!In the room, I was pleasantly surprised by a thoughtful gift box of macarons and complimentary water bottles, which I could conveniently refill with filtered water available on every floor. Small touches like these made a big difference.The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, which I truly appreciated. The highlight, however, was the rooftop, an incredible spot for sunset drinks with a breathtaking view over the city.Overall, a superb experience with great attention to detail. I’d gladly stay here again!

Amazing Hotel Great Location

Liked: This is a stunning 5 star hotel. From the staff to the little luxury spaces to hang out. Top notch. The location is absolutely to die for, with a balcony overlooking the Gran Via but great soundproofing. I can't imagine a more convenient location on a large walking/shopping promenade but just one block off the Gran Via.
Disliked: nothing. It was perfect.
