Liked: Amazing hotel, everything was good, I recommend staying here.
Disliked: It was one thing, one lady that I don’t know her name, but she is always standing next to the reception, talks very rudely and make weird comments and laugh at the guest.On our last day at the hotel, I was really tired and sick and she came to me laughing and saying oh you look sleepy hahaha you look tired and horrible..I mean it is so unprofessional! But overall, the hotel is perfect, and everyone else was just sweet!

Liked: One of the best hotels in the city. The location, cleanliness, breakfast, rooftop, amazing staff, clean and special room with an amazing balcony to Gran Via, everything is perfect. They have thought of everything for the comfort of those staying in the hotel.
