Liked: The most special hotel experience we've had! Not only the place is beautiful, central and quiet, but the attention to detail is superior. The highlight of our trip was a little gift that was given to us by the staff for our 10th anniversary. We had expected maybe champagne or chocolate, but a personalised gift! That was a very special detail from a very special hotel.

Liked: Incredible staff and service, beautiful hotel, supremely comfortable beds, fantastic breakfast, lovely rooftop bar.
Disliked: Very bad smell coming from bathroom pipes. which kept recurring no matter the efforts of staff. Really unacceptable to have persistent problem like this in a hotel of this caliber and for the nightly price we paid over 7 nights. Would have given a 10 rating otherwise so hope they manage to solve it.

Liked: Rooftop lounge and access with an incredible view of Madrid. Central location and walking distance to many notable tourist sites.
Disliked: Tiny fitness center with perhaps room for barely two people at once.
