Nice little hotel.

Liked: Everything with exception of no minibar and no umbrellas for guests.
Disliked: There is no minibar which is a necessary commodity and no umbrellas. The hotel should provide umbrellas for a fee, that way guests won’t walk away with them.

Very good

Great rooms, great location.

Liked: Really spacious room, great to have kids in their own separate room.
Disliked: There is a lift but we were in the back room on second floor which there is no lift for. Fine generally but something worth considering if having large cases like we did.

Great spot, would book again.

Liked: Location was perfect. The staff (when they were there) were helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: Would have liked to have staff more present and available.

Beautiful hotel

Liked: Beautiful hotel in the middle of Santiago, stunning decor throughout.
Disliked: Friday and Saturday nights were very noisy from 2 doors away, 30+ people outside chatting until 5am, not the hotels fault but it definitely impacted our stay.

Perfect location, easy to access...

Liked: The staff is helpful and very efficient with communicating.
