Great but not fantastic

Liked: Very beautiful hotel and room. Great breakfast and staff from restaurant.Our bedroom was great (suite), big, confortable and clean.
Disliked: The hotel and services are poor in amenities considering the price they charge.There’s no water in the room, nobody opens the bed at night and they forget the 3rd towel in our room. (We were 3 staying in the suite)Also, we had problems with the neighbors smell of cigarettes inside our room, even with the windows closed. We don´t know if they were smoking inside the room or was a problem with the window. But I believe they were smoking indide.
