Liked: Not much. Bed was reasonably comfy
Disliked: Noisy as hell, cockroach in bathroom, only one towel provided.

Great choice for a trip...

Liked: The location of the hotel is great. We parked our car by the hotel for free and it only took us 20 minutes to walk to Universal Studios. There are also plenty of restaurant and supermarkets nearby (I highly recommend Giordano's). The staff were really welcoming and friendly and our room was spacious enough as we traveled as a group of 4. Really appreciate the separate sink from the bathroom, it made our morning preparation faster. It was a great choice for our quick stay, thank you.

Disliked: dirty, furniture very rusty, problem with the locker that didn't work, telephone doesn't work, extremely noisy toilet, slow elevator almost stopping, one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

Very good

Liked: I loved the cleanliness of the bathroom.The beds were comfortable.The customer service was top tier.The location was ideal.I was able to access a variety of places.The front area was welcoming and beautiful.I loved the Christmas tree.
Disliked: The lamps need to be replaced.

I will not be staying...

Liked: It was within walking distance of Universal Citywalk, shopping and nightlife
Disliked: It was not clean. The phone in the room didn’t work. They charged $11 for a continental breakfast that didn’t have good choices. The wash rags had spots on them. The remote control didn’t work properly. When I talked to the desk clerk about it, all he did was give me a free meal for breakfast. It was not a good experience.
