Not the best experience but...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Location was good. Price was great.
Disliked: The room was dirty, we were missing pillows that we couldn't get because we arrive late in the night. The air conditioner was really hard to program. There were some renovations happpening outside the room and it seems people were smoking and left the whole floor with the smell. The parking was also limited and we had to leave it at the street and pay for one day.

Liked: The staff was very lovely, friendly always said hello or good morning. All very approachable. I liked the location, I was going to concerts at Veltins Arena, it’s a 45 minute walk there which is convenient because after the concert the trams where full. If you do want to use the trams the stops are 2 minutes from the front door. The room was very clean and modern.
Disliked: There is no tea at breakfast only coffee which I don’t like. But if there is not a demand for tea I understand can’t just supply for one. Also I like to sleep with 2 pillows, but I didn’t ask for another one I’m sure they would have provided me with one if I asked.

Friendly receptionist and housekeeping .

Liked: Nice and quiet . Allowed to check in super early- thanks to reception and housekeeping for making the room up at 11am! Not like the big hotels that make you wait till 3pm for no reason
