Fantastic hotel in great location....

Liked: Facilities were amazing. Room was very spacious and location of hotel was great.
Disliked: Duvet was too small for the bed and needed extra pillows. Lighting albeit ambient in the main living area, could have done with brighter lights when required.

Liked: Staff was really nice with us, always trying to help as much as possible.Clean and really nice located. We also tryed the restaurant and its just amazing.

Elegant stay in Hotel Monopol...

Liked: Location of the hotel was great. I went to Worclaw for Christmas Market, and Hotel Location is very close the Christmas Market. My room was so comfortable, and we equipped. Room was very large, and elegant.
Disliked: I was expecting to see a big Christmas tree, but there was not :( instead there were elegant decorations, and 2 large nutcrackers, which were very cute. there was no kettle in my room, but when I requested, kind staff send a kettle, and a set of tea with cups.
