Lovely Spa Hotel in a...

Liked: Spa facilities included in the room price, lovely pool and sauna/steam rooms, decent enough gym for a holiday workout and greater location within walking distance to the main square

Liked: Hotel was so relaxed.The spa was superb. Room was fantastic with underfloor heating which was a great with the cold weather. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Had a great and relaxing...

Liked: It's a traditional hotel like from the old days when you were always treated as a king without the need to be paying extra for everything. The room is very classy and comfortable, looked new and clean. Staff very friendly and well trained. The spa is amazing, noticed that not so many people commented about the spa when I was reading reviews about the hotel before booking and I think it deserves the spotlight. Had a great stay and can't wait to be back!

Liked: Everything! The room we stayed in was fabulous, the bathroom was exceptional and the Spa facilities were great. The hotel is amazing and the staff were always on hand to provide any help or guidance around the city. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Wroclaw.
Disliked: There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like about this property.

Liked: Excellent stay in a great location inside an historic hotel. We liked the ambience of the spa and it was very well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Slightly noisy from 5am as our room was near the staff staircase. Plus two more pillows would've made the bed more comfortable.

Liked: great breakfast, comfortable beds, staff were able to fulfill our room requests, great location
Disliked: the water in the hot tub was not hot.would be better if the hotel switched to wall-mounted pump-dispenser toiletries, instead of multiple little bottles to reduce single use plastic waste.
