Liked: The location was great, right next to the train station and so close to all the sights. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms had everything we needed - mini fridge, kettle, coffee machine. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom huge. Our room was large, we even had a sitting area. We were on the 5th floor and it was very quiet.Breakfast was great, the staff were happy, friendly and helpful - they even had soy milk for me.

Liked: Very central and many decent restaurants around. Very clean and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: The entrance was not that exciting.

Liked: 1. Excellent Front Desk . Warm and Helpful. 2. Appealing location. 3. Fairly decent rooms. 4. Excellent Breakfast. 5. Overall a fantastic place. And I have already recommended to atleast 4 friends who are likely to visit luzern shortly.
Disliked: So far everything was good.

Comfortable hotel, pretty city.

Liked: Location excellent, close to train station & meeting point for our tours. Staff excellent very friendly, helpful & great English.
Disliked: Minor maintenance in bathroom required. Staff to explain about iPad in room when checking in.

Disliked: The room is old and the bed is uncomfortable. The breakfast was ok.
