Liked: We were checking in after 11pm and that wasn’t an issue, because someone was waiting for us Cot bed was provided Lovely staff and clean roomLaundry bag provided which I didn’t see before, nice idea Good breakfastWe didn’t have to rush to check out in the morning with baby

Disliked: The room was clean and spacious. However I expected a 4 star hotel comfort, but the hotel is outdated in terms of interior design: oldish furniture and carpet, the infrastructure could need some renovation.

For a short work stay...

Liked: The location was near my work place in Langenfeld.
Disliked: The room was a bit worn down, but for a work stay it was ok.

Liked: Staff was OK, also the reception Staff was OK. WIFI Connection for business was OK. The hotel offers 5 e-Charging stations for e-Cars.
Disliked: The hotel has never the 4* rating and the breakfast fits never todays needs. The coffee incredible bad. The cleanness of the rooms was bad. The whole floor covered with hair. It is a real old building and the restaurant is also on the level as 30 yesrs ago.
