Terrible, stay elsewhere

Disliked: Terrible, the room had no heat, and it went -2 that night. I stayed 2 nights, the desk brought me in a block heater and said the rooms were filled despite barely half the cars in the parking lot Saturday vs Friday night. Once they had a block heater in my room the breaker kept tripping and had to walk down the desk every time since the receptionist didn’t answer the phone of the 6x I called. No heat, breaker blew multiple times and we had a water leak in the front corner and water was all over the coffee machine area. Once the block heater was working I woke up multiple times because the heat wouldn’t turn off and it was too warm.Talked to reception and again on checkout. They refused to refund me any portion of my stay. They didn’t even offer me a discount to return ect. Very disappointed, too bad too since I travel toMoncton monthly.Despite all this I will say tho the room was clean and the bed comfy, through the Reno’s you can tell they just made it look good and didn’t actually fix anything. I did enjoy listening to the coyotes from the zoo howl at night.
