Pleasant stay with wife and...

Liked: Personnel was fantastic! They helped us with everything what we needed / requested and beyond. They made the stay better. Location of the hotel is just in the city centre, yet was quiet.
Disliked: Bed - plenty of opinions says beds are super comfy, for me and my wife a little too soft and on sides mattresses have dents so while sleeping you felt like you will fall down. Only while sleeping in the middle you didn't feel like sleeping on a hill :)Windows - blinders were not working and we continuously had darkness in the room. I was able to "fix" one so we had some daylight. Room 210. Windows have only one glass, so maybe in the winter can be quite cold.There is some noise from other rooms - we heard squeaky sounds from room above us, but it is how it is in old buildings.

Liked: This boutique hotel is amazing, beautiful rooms, the bathroom has the best amenities, so comfortable beds and the best service, the night receptionist help us so much and we can't thank him enough. We wil came back.

Fantastic central location and great...

Liked: Fantastic location right next to Maastricht Markt. Reception staff have been exceptionally accommodating, friendly and always ready to assist. Breakfast was varied and delicious and served in such a beautiful space. The vibe in the hotel was always vibrant and fun, especially probably because it was carnival when I stayed. Luna from reception even helped me with the final touches on my costume. The room was spacious, clean and felt like a sanctuary even in the middle of the celebrations. It was private and quiet and the bathroom was modern and felt luxurious. Sweets and fresh baked goods ready to enjoy from reception at arrival were a beautiful surprise.
Disliked: I would have loved to be able to open the curtains and look outside, they were locked for privacy on the ground floor (understandable). I loved the huge windows, but next time I’d book on the upper floor so I can see outside. There was no fridge or robes, which would have been extra nice. The toilet did not have a hand towel or hook for a hand towel and no mirror.
