Ok hotel but not extreme...

Liked: Friendly staff, good location (walking distance to the centre and many restaurants), executive room are big but not very cozy, ok bed
Disliked: Very noisy room (you hear the neighbors and people in the hallway, breakfast too expensive, no parking or stopping possibilities close by

Liked: Good sized room with very comfortable bed , large bathroom with great shower . Breakfast was delicious. All staff were very helpful. Hotel is very close to centre so easy to get everywhere.

Liked: the location of the property is very good.
Disliked: the property is very overpriced for the facilities. the carpet was extremely dirty and stained in the rooms. the paint on the walls is scuffed and marked. the bathroom is not feel clean and did not have a good odor. the towels were tearing and of poor quality. we also checked in at 3pm as requested by the property only for them to tell us that the room wasn’t ready.

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was up to the highest standards. It was a great stay and i would recommend this property to anyone getting to Maastricht.

Disliked: I booked a small double room and that is what we got. The bed was too big for the room, it was up against the wall and not much room at the end of the bed which made it very hard to get out of the bed, the sheet was not on the bed very well but that was because housekeeping could not get to the other side of the bed. The mattress was stained. My job is housekeeping and I would not have been able to make the bed to my standard because I could not get around the bed. This is the worst room we have ever stayed in.
