Exceptional

Liked: Very welcoming staff- at the reception desk, breakfast, cleaning! It made my stay and moving experience much more comfortable. The rooms are nice. The hotel is one stop away from Hauptbanhof and can be easily reached by public transport, on foot or by taxi.

Average stay

Liked: The hotel is close to the center, the price is lower than anything else we saw in the surrounding
Disliked: The mattress quality was really bad and the room was not very clean. Except for that the stay was ok. The breakfast buffet was not very good.

Good location, basic but comfortable

Liked: the room was basic but clean and extremely comfortable, extra pillows and blankets in the room if needed. WiFi available and fairly strong for daily leisure needs(social media, steaming sites, etc)staff and check in/out were all a breeze.the courtyard outside was perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine
Disliked: the walls are thin so it can be a bit loud when other guests are up and about but not enough that it would bother anyone too much

Liked: The location is good, it was slightly clean but can be better.
Disliked: furniture can be imrpoved, for example the bed need reparation, because made a lot of noise, and I was sleeping alone.
