Liked: A warm welcome and helpful interactions with all staff. The hotel has a cosy ambiance, in a tastefully decorated historic building. The breakfast too were to individual preferences and served in a delightful room overlooking the surrounding old part of Haarlem. If we travel back to Holland from Australia , we would love to stay again. A big thank you to everyone

Liked: The breaskfast was incredible, they catered to our dietary requirements well.
Disliked: I was very cold for the whole stay, the room thermometer didn't seem to work and I had to wear a few layers for breakfasts even the wait staff were in fleeces. Brrrrr

Liked: I love the location, I love the breakfast. For those reasons, I have stayed at the ML numerous times over the past years. Typically I also have a comfortable and clean room.The staff here is lovely, both in the hotel and the restaurant(s). Very courteous and helpful.
Disliked: We had some issues during this stay. My colleague requested to be moved to another room because of bugs. The hotel staff were helpful and she was accommodated, but she has told me she will stay in a different hotel in Haarlem next year.My room was ok for the most part. I felt it was warm and clean. But there was a very unpleasant lingering smell in the room, which was most noticeable with the heating on, or when the sun was warming up the room. I did not mention it to reception as I knew the hotel was full and it would only mean someone else would have the same issue.
