Liked: The staff were lovely and very helpful if you had a question. The room was nice and there is a pleasnt calm vibe throughout. The pool was also nice.
Disliked: There was no kettle in the room (coffee machine is not very good for hot water for tea) nor a good section of tea/sugar/milk. When using the pool area we noticed all the other guests had bathrobes we were not given those nor told where we could get them. The body wash etc in the room didn’t smell nice at all. Otherwise it was a nice stay, room was clean and warm, these are just little touches that are nice to feel you are having a treat and I would have expected more from a 4* hotel.

The room and car park were also paid for by card directly at check-in.The unpleasant surprise at check-out: there was still an outstanding bill of €100 from the restaurant for food and drinks that were not ours in our room.
