Fantastic place, wonderful staff.

Liked: Thank you Mitland! The best compliment I can give you is I already booked in for next year! Excited for my return :) - wonderful location, lovely staff, love the ducks and the lake. Great bathrooms + soaps etc. Supplied kettle upon request, allowed late check out, let me use the pool after... fantastic. Pool and sauna are superb, love the ice bucket!
Disliked: No one is perfect guys (although you were close!): bed isn't perfect, for double beds I would love a more comfortable bed (my bed was a little older or it was to do with the set up - twin turned into a double) - the jacuzzi was broken when I visited - I hope this will soon be replaced with a free jacuzzi.

Liked: The breakfast was delicious and quite diverse. The coffee was very good.
Disliked: However, if you stay more days it becomes repetitive., and they should offer something new.

I fell in love with...

Liked: I liked the cleaness of the hotel in general. Plus the staff was very helpfull and smiley from the breakfat team to the evening staff. The bed sheet was fresh. I really appreciated the idea of hanging the towels when we wanted to keep them or leave them on the floor for new ones.
Disliked: The frame on the wall was scary. During the night, its backgrounfg was black. That made it spooky.

Liked: I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, though it seems primarily geared towards business travelers. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options. The room was small but cozy and very clean, providing a comfortable environment. I would recommend this hotel for business trips or short stays. Overall, a good experience!
