Superb

Liked: The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. Special mention of Aitor at the reception and Rueben the concierge. I was celebrating my 40th Birthday and both gentlemen and their colleagues made me feel very special and welcomed, especially with the acknowledgment of my love of art.
Disliked: Nothing of highlight

Excellent, reasonable, great location Hotel...

Liked: The front desk staff were very helpful. Excellent location, short walk to Guttenheim Museum and many excellent restaurants. Would recommend and stay again.
