Pleasant

Liked: The hotel offers a wonderful stay in central location with its charming ambiance and excellent amenities.
Disliked: There is room for improvement in the air conditioning system, which feels a bit outdated. Additionally, the check-out process could be smoother. Assistance from the hotel staff during check-out would greatly enhance the overall experience, ensuring that departing guests feel as valued as the incoming ones.
