Disliked: Had a little hard time finding the hotel. Shower was small, not big enough for two people. We paid a $15 fee for parking but after finding a parking outside of the hotels parking, we requested a refund and they would not refund us because we paid cash. The receptionist was really rude about it too when we tried to understand why we couldn’t be refunded. Besides this, the room was clean and comfortable. Beds were also comfortable.

The customer service was horrible....

Liked: The hotel was close to the convention center (however, there is no transportation or assistance from the hotel).
Disliked: The room was boisterous, and I asked to change it, but they denied it. The parking lot is unsafe (and not monitored). In addition, there is no adequate assistance for parking the vehicle, no help with luggage, or services for people with disabilities. The cafeteria was never open.
