A very nice hotel for...

Liked: A good hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. They assisted us with parking by showing us all the possible spots on the street, and also helped us with a plug adapter for charging, which was very thoughtful
Disliked: The absence of a kettle in the room. Having a kettle has become a standard, so its absence here was surprising. But that’s all.

It was ok but lack...

Liked: Location was good for Milan show and price ok. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Room was incredible hot and air conditioning did not work. When I asked this about they said they switch off the AC in the winter... Result, too hot to sleep and opening the window caused a lot of noise.Coffee facilities provided in room but no milk....
