Friendly and comfortable

Liked: Perfect location for visiting our relatives in Madrid. Friendly and discreet staff. Excellent breakfast spread.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about - we will be back

Good hotel

Liked: Good hotel with special room decorations. Breakfast is good with some verity of food. Parking your own car outside is manageable.
Disliked: Lift is not excceble from the ground floor level which is a little uncomfortable, but you can use another side lift to carry the luggage. It can be a bit difficult to reach the hotel due to limited public transport in the street where the hotel is located. Hotel looks like an ordinary residential building from outside with many other neighbouring surrounding it which are limiting the view.

Very happy with everything and...

Liked: Clean, comfortable bed, great staff and quirky decoration, I would stay again.
Disliked: Not cheap but not too expensive compared to others in the area.

The room was nice but...

Liked: The room we stayed in was very nice.The whole hotel smelt of the kitchen food (fried fish) from the moment you enter and we were on the 7th floor and could smell it in the room and corridors also in the morning we could smell burnt toast from the breakfast in the room and outside corridors.The cleaners were very noisy outside the room no consideration for the guests.
Disliked: The staff were rude.The breakfast wasn’t available and they had run out 30 minutes before the end and we were told to go to a different hotel.
