Two previous visits and plan...

Liked: Excellent breakfast. All fresh local produce. Short walk to Sedrun Railway station for access to ski areas and also 40 minute ride to Andermatt for Gemstock area. Restaurant evening meals superb. Interesting menu all cooked to order with fresh local produce. Mac is passionate about his restaurant and it shows!
Disliked: Some nighttime noise from Mac's bar but not too intrusive

Wonderful - we’ll be back

Liked: Beautiful, quaint, good location, excellent breakfast and restaurant.
Disliked: Nothing really - I failed to appreciate that you cannot drive from Sedrun to Andermatt in the winter. However the ski train is a 5 min walk from the hotel and tickets can be purchased by credit card at the Sedrun station.

Pleasant stay in Sedrun

Liked: Centrally located, perfect for us running the Rheinquelle Trail. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very basic but we had everything we needed and it was clean, which to me is the most important thing. The breakfast buffer was good and the owner prepared a "breakfast box" for us runners the evening before, so that we could still have breakfast even though it was very early in the morning
Disliked: The restaurant hotel was nothing special. One could skip it and wouldn't miss anything

Liked: Great location, across from coop, Nice cafe next door. Could use ski area for bike storage which was great for summer cycling holidays
Disliked: Would have liked a kettle or ability to make coffee for yourself outside of breakfast
