Disliked: The room didn’t have windows, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the mattress was very uncomfortable. There was no reception (it was always closed), and we only communicated with a nice guy who didn’t have any information. There weren’t enough towels either. It was too expensive for such a basic service.

Disliked: The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking and there is a very large security deposit that wasn’t disclosed until we got to the hotel
