It was comfortable and good...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, staff was super friendly and polite, bed was comfortable .
Disliked: Location is not the best, although next to Metro station. The street car is right at front of the hotel and you guaranteed to wake up at 5:30 am

Disliked: No warm water for shower. AC broken. We could hear the neighbors so easily.Maybe this is what I should have expected for 3-star hotels in Milan because it is an expensive city?

Disliked: The shower was very small and I could hardly move in it

Liked: Comfy, clean, located in a great spot. Minutes from Duomo, seconds from the metro. Great restaurants and bars near by. This place fulfilled exactly the need that I wanted it to.
Disliked: In reality, there is nothing that I would change about this place. We knew what we were expecting. We weren't looking for a lot of time in the property, so it filled its role perfectly.
