Liked: DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL !! NO hot water ! NO daily cleaners!NO vending mashines !!Plugs dosent work !! Dusty rooms !!!! is was NO hot water to go in the shower , I went to reception and receptionists said:if you don't like something go in another hotel.it's just absolutely spam hotel . in booking facilities said everything what's is included!!! is nothing!!!! the poor hotel I ever spent 1,000 eurosjust look at the pictures:and do not give your bank details!!! they keep taking money from your bank after chek out !!! disaster hotel !!!

Exceptional

Liked: Louvain and facilities were simple but everything worked and was clean and easy.
Disliked: Room was a bit warm.

Great lower Manhattan value.

Liked: Small basic room, BUT very clean, small but comfortable beds and pillows, helpful staff, felt very safe. Only real downside was I needed to use small electric heater they supplied to get room warm enough so I was a bit cold for 30 min but then no issue. I think for Manhattan terrific value!
Disliked: See room heat above, not a convenient solution but itdid do the job!

Liked: Staff was friendly (accepting packages of online orders, giging customized recommendation lists and it had a good location. We appreciated the toiletries and size of the room (larger than what we expected).
Disliked: The sound proofing inside was not great, you could hear the neighbors go to their rooms for sure.

Liked: The bed was super comfortable, the room, albeit too small to open both our suitcases, had everything we needed. The staff were lovely, polite and helpful.
Disliked: The hotel is located right next to the Manhattan Bridge and the noise from the passing train can be a bit too loud at times. I know that there isn't much that can be done about this, which is why I cannot give this property any grade lower than 9.
