Liked: The hotel is very clean, it is quite basic but the staff are friendly and very helpful. They gave us a pack with a local map, restaurant recommendations and activities. The hotel is very close to the pedestrian crossings for the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges and near to a subway.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: Couldn't work out the AC worked but room wasn't too warm

Great value for money in...

Liked: The staff are very friendly and super helpful. It’s a small hotel and so it feels more personal. The location in Chinatown means you are well based to get around Manhattan. It might not suit everyone who want to be located more around midtown or “smart” areas like Chelsea but for me, it offers great vfm. It was the second time I’ve stayed and I enjoyed it just as much. Much less expensive than most hotels.
Disliked: Would be nice to have a coffee machine maybe in the room.

Very good

Liked: The hotel is really well located. The bedrooms have the right amount of space, taking in account that it's located in Manhattan. It has all the facilities needed.

A good budget hotel if...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was well sound proofed. The shower was good. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The room was tiny and there was very little space for clothes storage/hanging, there were no coffee/tea making facilities. There was a chair on one side of the bed rather than a bedside table. The air con was very fierce and it was not possible to adjust it and it was freezing, in the end they came to shut the vent in the room which solved the problem.
