Disliked: No heat at room and cold. And staff brought me a fan at first time, and finally get the heat. Take time to settle down. Air circulation is bad in the room.Close to the train station and it is noise.

Liked: My room was really nice, lots of space for NYC, nice view, two windows, lovely bathroom and bathtub. Great neighbourhood with an amazing view on the financial district.
Disliked: Maybe the room was a bit cold at first but an electric portable heater was provided and did the job.

Liked: I was very impressed with this hotel. The quality was great for the price. The hotel/room was clean and had a window and decent sized bathroom. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We accidentally left an item in the room and they reached out to us to let us know and shipped it back to us. Will definitely return.

Clean, convenient, comfortable and affordable...

Liked: Clean room with comfortable bed and good range of toiletries. Friendly staff on reception . Use of ice machine and ice bucket in the room was a nice touch . Convenient location to get the metro and easy walk to Brooklyn bridge and also the pier for Liberty/Ellis island tour .
Disliked: Room was a little small but you get used to it . Manhattan bridge train was noisy right outside but the ear plugs provided lessened the problem .

Liked: Clean, relatively modern hotel, friendly staff, clean bathroom, good value
Disliked: Despite the double windows, the proximity to the subway trains on the Manhattan Bridge was a drag. During peak times it's one after the other.No housecleaning but I don't know whether it's reasonable to expect that given the (very reasonable) price. Bed takes up the entire room.
