Liked: We’ve not long returned from five nights at Hotel Milu, and we genuinely didn’t want to leave. Our stay was exceptional and we would recommend this hotel without hesitation.Our room was bright, modern, and impeccably clean, with tasteful decor. There was a great balance between style and comfort. The bed was very comfortable, the shower spacious with great water pressure, and there was more than enough storage for us both to unpack and settle in. A particularly thoughtful touch was the complimentary soft drinks and snacks which were replenished daily - a welcomed treat after long days exploring the city.The location couldn’t have been better. The train station, the major sights, and countless fantastic restaurants were all just a short walk away. We never once needed a taxi. There was a little square just meters from the hotel and in the evenings musicians would play there, which we could hear from our balcony - it was lovely. One small but standout feature was the bar and lounge area, where a high-quality coffee machine was available to guests 24/7, free of charge. It was such a lovely and convenient perk.Without a doubt, the heart of Hotel Milu is its staff. Every single team member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, we felt cared for. Coming back to the hotel each day felt like coming home, thanks to the friendly faces always ready to greet us at reception.Hotel Milu made our time in Florence incredibly special, and if we return to Florence we would definitely stay again.

Liked: Central location, excellent breakfast, additional complimentary amenities (free coffee, hot chocolate, water etc.), exceptionally friendly staff. The staff gave us amazing recommendations of restaurants and shops in Florence, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended and I for sure will stay here again on my next trip to Florence.

Good location bad Hotel

Liked: The only good thing about this hotel is the location but otherwise nothing interesting
Disliked: The breakfast is a poor they don’t have eggs they don’t have variety of food which is not recommended the room smells like sewers like you’re actually sitting in toilet which is really bad I couldn’t sleep from the smell and I had a problem with my room not unlocking because of electricity and I lost one hole day just arguing with the management and Booking.com about my stay in this hotel and after a day they give me the solutions which is not that cool to be honest I was on vacation and that really stressed me up very much they need better management and better facilities and optionsAnd in the end they offered me a free breakfast which is rubbish it doesn’t worth it then they were like acting or we will do this and that for you whatever you like

For exceeded my expectations

Liked: The breakfast is phenomenal! The location is unbeatable! The staff is amazing! The beauty and pristine condition of the hotel is breathtaking! The toilet was a bit noisy, but considering everything else it feels ridiculous to even mention. I cannot wait to come back here. I’m telling everybody I know!
