Nice room with excellent location

Liked: The location is great and the girl at the reception was very kind and helpful
Disliked: My room was close to the lobby and I could hear it from inside my room

Disliked: Too many things to sum up :- No phonic isolation, we hear every thing in the loby as the hotel isolation just a big apparement transformed into hotel rooms. Fun moment (sarcastically speaking) we had Police coming at 3am and knocking at doors looking for something/one for 30 mn (don’t speak italien)- The bed is very bad and not confortable at all, with full metallic springs that you can feel. And bonus, the blanket are also weird : feel harsh ans have holes- And the worst the bathroom… you have a step to enter the bathroom (watch out !), water came slowly as we are at 6th floor, and the shower was very very small I think 50x50cm so you have to be very small to shower there

Liked: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was exceptional, and the service was outstanding. The location was perfect—close to both the Colosseum and Termini station, making it very convenient for sightseeing and travel.

Liked: Location was great, easy to get to from train station and loads of eating options nearby. Easy to get to all the sights of Rome on foot or to use transport links. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Late checkin worked smoothly.
