I was disappointed. I expected...

Liked: Breakfast - very good, a lot of options, nice atmosphere. Location - great, next to the train station and close to everything you need. Nice building and restaurant.
Disliked: Not clean and bad smell in the room and on the hallway. Rooms - bad smell (sewer, I know, but try to do something about it somehow), not very clean: dust bunnies, very dirty closet and bed cover, coffee stains on table - clearly not properly cleaned before, I have my doubts that the bathroom was cleaned as it supposed to be. Sheets & towels were ok. Dirty-looking carpet on the hallway, also

Liked: The breakfast was very good. There was a big variety of food and everything was tasty and fresh. The room was calm and spacious.

Liked: An ideal location when visiting Leuven. Room was tidy. Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Being made to wait 40mins in the restaurant before getting checked in.
