Disliked: This is not a 4 star hotel, it is under 1 star. In all my traveling I have never stayed in anything worse than this hotel. The breakfast was a joke, rusty salt scales, apart from fruit and boiled eggs there was not much to eat to keep your stomach from breaking. This is our 4th time in Milan, lucky it was a transit day this time. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Liked: The bathroom was big, the bed was confortable.
Disliked: The facilities were not for a 4**** hotel. Breakfast was good but poor...cleanliness was not the best.

Liked: Breakfast very good and abundant.
Disliked: The property is a bit old and there should be tissues in the bathroom.

Liked: Close to metro station. Fast comunication with reception by the messages.
Disliked: The condition of the room was disappointing. We could feel a draft coming through the windows, and the air conditioning was excessively loud, making it difficult to relax. In the bathroom, the window was precariously held in place by a small metal piece, which didn’t feel secure. The showerhead was dirty, and water came out from a small area with such high pressure that it felt harsh and uncomfortable, almost like it could peel off my skin. Additionally, there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the bathroom, which was far from pleasant. The breakfast offered was extremely basic and lacked variety or quality.

Liked: The receptionist was excellent, he was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was a big No. only boiled eggs and brioche.Room was not very vell cleaned.

Would love to come again

Liked: Excellent location, right next to the subway station. Great customer service, in particular Luca and Vanessa were awesome hosts.
Disliked: However, I had much difficulty reaching the first day since neither the hotel's name was mentioned anywhere on the front nor google maps showed which subway exit to take. A little description on the hotel page about subway exit and hotel's facade will help newcomers.
