Great location clean quiet good...

Liked: The hotel has an excellent location it is very clean and the breakfast was really good. It was also very quiet. There is a nice courtyard. Staff was nice.
Disliked: The room was small and there was only one electrical output working for the computer. Also the bed was not very comfortable. Still would consider staying there again.

Liked: Location was great, nearby cathedral and loads of restaurants. We got upgraded to the Suite, which was a lovely touch as they were fully booked

Liked: Rooms very spacious and . Comfortable beds and great shower. Lovely courtesy cocktail in the evening. Absolutely immaculate property.
Disliked: Breakfast room a bit of squeeze trying to get to the buffet comfortably! Would prefer dispensers with nice products in the bathroom to match the quality of the room but that’s being picky!

A comfortable stay

Liked: Excellent location - right at the heart of the city and within walking distance to almost all of Milan’s key tourist sites. Decent breakfast spread too and good sound insulation. Reliable wifi accessibility
Disliked: Two small issues….get some rubber pads or paddings for those heavy chairs in the rooms. They create a lot of noise when moved around and can be a bother to one’s neighbours.Next, the gym is a small space but even with that space you can do more to upgrade it. Change that outdated multipurpose machine - it’s completely useless - get a newer smith machine - your guest will appreciate it !Special mention to staff Georgia for her hospitality - thanks
