Disliked: Mattress is so uncomfortable, even the pillows are so old . The water from the shower was barely coming out. Also to much noise from other people staying there.

Liked: I like the location and the cleanliness of the facilities.
Disliked: The cleaning lady, who did not speak any english, tried to go into our room with a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the outside of the door at 08:30 AM. Luckily, I speak spanish, and her only excuse was to say that "she thought we had left". I called the front desk, didn't even complain, and just asked for a late checkout even if it had a charge. A young woman at the front desk answered the phone, I informed her that I had a meeting and that I was not going to be able to make it in time at 11:00 AM for checkout. I explained that my family was still in the room and that I just needed an extra half an hour. The aforementioned woman reluctantly "accepted" and confirmed that my new check out time was at 11:30 AM. To my surprise, when I returned to the hotel at 11:17 AM, I observed my family waiting for me outside and stating that the room was cleared out by maintenance right before 11:00 AM. I then entered the "lobby" (front desk/office) and tried to have a conversation with the young woman at the front desk. She has to be by far one of the laziest individuals I have ever met (didn't get up of her chair, didn't show any concern, or pretended to care).
