Liked: I am a regular and stay here a little. The rates are reasonable and are close to eateries, malls, and public transportation. Some of the staff ( Vanessa) are very accommodating and go out their way to assist you, making sure you have a nice stay.
Disliked: As I mentioned previously, "some" of the staff are very helpful and accommodating. I am a 60 year old woman, and most of the time, I'm able to get a room on the first floor. I have had surgeries on my knees and preferably ask for a room on the 1st floor. Some of the staff are not helpful, not too nice, cold with attitude every time I come across them. I may not look 60, but if you're in customer service, you should know how to treat customers regardless of age. I was placed on the 3rd floor when I always requested the 1st. The previous night there was a disturbance next to my room where the police was involved and the person on duty said he would leave a note letting the next person know that I was uncomfortable and to move me. They weren't helpful at all!

Liked: Close to our medical appointment. Staff was very friendly, courteous, helpful and very professional!
Disliked: Charged me $100 deposit! If thru card, would take 3-7 days to return on card. If cash, returned to me in checkout. It’s been DECADES since that was implemented during travel! Not cool, not cool at all! Very unprofessional and antiquated procedure! Because of that, will not rebook Hotel Milagro for future travel plans.
