Not worth the money

Disliked: The toilet smell like sewage the blankets smell very bad I couldn’t use them it was very cold and I used only the sheets. The room was very noisy. I couldn’t sleep i wanted to open the window for fresh air but the noise from the street too loud.

Liked: Location was excellent, just across the road from the train station and near to tram lines. Elevator (small) to hotel floor is available after a short flight of stairs.
Disliked: Room is basic and small, with one flat pillow per person. No kettle in room- Reception provided when we requested.

Liked: Best value for money in the area, hotel was clean, staff very attentive even with my 2AM check in.

Liked: Very friendly and help staff. The location is a good quick stopover from Milan Centrale.

Very good choice to stay

Liked: Hotel was decorated with white colour, this made the hotel feeling new, clean & bright. The staff (Chinese lady & night shift young guy) were helpful on our request & enquiries. They provided space for short term luggage storage before & after check in or out respectively. Location was next to Milano Centrale Station & extremely convenient to move around. Express bus stop to international airport was just in front of the building, it was very very convenient to get to airport if you need to. Lift accessible floor was excellent.
Disliked: The shower tub got some water leakage. The toilettes provided were not working well.
