Liked: The hotel has a great location, just 10-15 minutes from the train station and very close to some major attractions. We had no trouble with the check-in process; we were already registered in the app, and an employee met us briefly before leaving. The room was of standard size, and the hairdryer provided was quite good.
Disliked: One downside we encountered was an issue with the key to the entrance door, which stopped working one day. We managed to get in through another floor, but there were others who had just arrived and couldn't access inside. Later, they also struggled to get into their own room. With no one at reception, it caused some stress for those guests. The windows faced a courtyard with the exhaust from a nearby café, which made it necessary to keep the windows closed sometimes despite preferring them open. During our entire stay, the towels were not changed, which was inconvenient given the humid weather and lack of space to properly dry them.Overall, I would recommend this hotel only if you arrive during the day when there might be staff available at reception to help with any issues that may arise.At night, there were occasional sounds of water running through the pipes within the walls, but these would stop after about 10-15 minutes. There was also a shared kitchen available, though we chose not to use it. The shared kitchen fridge was old and completely frosted over, in need of replacement or at least defrosting. The kettle was also very dirty, although luckily, we had a clean one in our room.
