Very good overall

Liked: Was no breakfast supply I was disappointed with no kettle for a cuppa in the morning.
Disliked: A kettle, some tea bags n coffee

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: No where to park my car I was unaware of thisNo air con No T coffee or kettle I didn't stay the night I left bcs I was worried about my carLot of night workers so they had some of the roads blocked.

Awesome

Liked: The customer service was really good and the value for money
Disliked: The roadworks at the front

Wonderful! If ever again in...

Liked: The room was excellent, with a nice veranda to enjoy outside. The bar and dinner area were superb and we could enjoy amazing food and very nice cold beer. The location of the hotel was fantastic and so easy to catch the 98C bus to explore the city. There was a fridge in the room where we could keep water and some fruit, etc cold
Disliked: It was difficult to share a bathroom and toilet. The space in front of the bath could do with something to stand on when you get out of the bath or shower. A coffee-station in the room would be nice or at least a kettle with mugs, teaspoons, etc to make an early coffee or tea.

Disliked: Too much noise in night and in morning i was unable to sleep

Cheap and cheerful

Liked: Does look a bit dodgy but it’s cheap, clean, has great staff, and you can’t beat the location. It’s next to the theatre, opposite the market, and a two min walk from China down. Surprisingly quiet too despite being on top of a pub. They have a washing machine and dryer too, $3 each ($1 coins).
Disliked: There’s some renovations going on which was quite loud during the day

Liked: The staff were exceptional and because of that alone I would stay there again also recommend to my friends.My meal was superbVery handy location and easy walking distance to shops and further travel arrangements
Disliked: I have zero complaints about my first stay in Adelaide
