Disliked: During the 1st 2 days I stayed on the ground floor with the window turned to the noisy street, without light.It was very uncomfortable. But later I moved to the 3d floor with a better direction, and it was fine

Liked: We liked the room, it was very clean and had evertything you need. Also, the breakfast and the ladies serving it were the best! So kind, smiling, helpful.The location is perfect.
Disliked: The sound isolation is not very good. You can hear everything from the hall and the rooms nearby.

Good location, amazing staff!

Liked: We really loved the location and the hospitality of the staff. Everyone in the hotel was so nice! On the street in front of the hotel, you can find several stores from clothes, to shoes, a Sephora, a gelato shop, and a small supermarket in the corner. You also have the tram stop nearby that can take you directly to the Duomo.
Disliked: The room we stayed in, a double, could've been a bit bigger. But it wasn't anything that particularly bothered us much.
