Exceptional

Liked: Good location with 5min walking from Termini station. I was a solo traveller so the area was safe enough, very friendly staff. The room was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. It's ok with this price I would say.

An incredible deal!

Liked: An incredible deal From the beginning they treated us very well, very attentive and friendly, the man recommended certain gluten-free restaurants, great! On the other hand, we needed a Taxi to go to the airport at 3:00 AM, which the hotel helped us with the process and the man came down with us to wait for him! Also don't forget that the rooms are comfortable and hot! We will definitely repeat!

Liked: All of the staff were so helpful.
Disliked: Flight of stairs to reception. After a day wandering around site seeingthey were daunting.

Liked: Staff were so helpful. I had lost my passport, they helped try to track it. Pointed me in the correct direction to resolve the problem.
