Liked: The staff is friendly and kind. Our room was very clean and cleaned every day. Location is ideal for exploring and easily reachable from the main train station.

Just a good location and...

Liked: The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The proximity to Termini station was also useful. WiFi is good.
Disliked: A lot of noise, rude guests who were shouting all night. Beds extremely uncomfortable, pillows as thin as a sheet of paper. Rooms without facilities. There is no elevator. Blankets get old. In general, the room is not something.

Liked: Close to Termini station, many restaurants around. Nice room, very clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful.
Disliked: There could be a kettle and some cups in the room.

Good location&clean, but a lot...

Liked: The location is very near Termini station and Republica metro station (this way is safer to walk at night as there are some unpleasant parts of the walk from Termini).The place was very clean and room maintained everyday!Pretty much what you expect for a 2 star hotel.
Disliked: The noise from the street is horrible - at 2am, 3am, 4am you name it - garbage cans rattling, people with suitcases on cobblestones, shouting, restaurant clatter - if you are a light sleeper - AVOID.The walls are very very thin and you hear every door opening, every one coming in, the reception guy watching netflix, everything. Considering the noice the stay was a bit pricey.
