Lovely, friendly place to stay...

Liked: Really loved it here. So nice to stay in a family run hotel, where everyone was so friendly and organised. Nice room with everything you needed for an overnight stay and we loved the cat sleeping on a chair in the corridor. Superb buffet breakfast with great coffee from a good machine and a wide and varied choice of fresh bread, pastries, yoghurt, fruit, cheese, cold meats, juices etc and a really lovely friendly man replenishing anything that ran low. Great location right next to the Botanique and about 20mins walk into the centre of town. Private parking at the rear of the hotel (15 euros etc) was a huge factor in choosing this hotel but it really surpassed all our expectations.
Disliked: Everything was great!

Liked: Convenient, affordable, accessible, basic but complete, great mattress, very friendly personnel, good breakfast, 20 minute walk from where I needed to be.

A charming, family-run hotel with...

Liked: This is a family run hotel and the staff were exceptionally friendly and nice. The room was clean and simple but had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Good Wifi. The breakfast was lovely and great attention to detail in terms of presentation. The owners really seem to care about their business. The hotel in a largely Turkish neighbourhood, and there was a wide selection of atypical breakfast products: interesting cheese, delicious feta, stuffed vine leaves, Turkish tea, flatbreads etc.

We would definitely return to...

Liked: A very welcoming host,who offered us coffee while our room was being prepared, as we arrived ahead of schedule. Very good location, near Botanic gardens. Excellent breakfast. We also had very secure parking.
Disliked: Nothing

Good hotel with average service

Liked: The location is very good, with easy access to public transport. Overall it is a good place to stay with children. It has an elevator and is very friendly if you have a baby on board.
Disliked: We were greeted by two people: a young man and a gentleman. The young man was extremely kind and friendly. He helped us carry our luggage. However, the gentleman was quite rude. He got upset because we asked him for water twice. He basically told us that we had to buy it outside. I think the way he said it was not the nicest.Additionally, there were mosquitoes in our room, which was not good considering we had a baby in our room.
