Very good and enjoyable

Liked: excellent location right in the center of the city. The room was extremely quiet with a nice balcony. The parking is easy to access from the busy streets.

A beautiful town that is...

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The garage. To park the car one has to go down on a very narrow ramp with a sharp bend. Unless you have a small size car I don’t recommend using the garage. For my Mercedes C it was almost impossible.

Great stay in a city...

Liked: location is excellent for getting round Toulouse old town. Metro stop close by. Staff always smiling and helpful to us.
Disliked: Car Park - I advised I had a large car with make and model. The only place I could park was alongside some SUVs - fortunately there was a space. the access to the second floor down is too narrow for a long car and I told them they need to be aware of that in future as I would have got stuck!the breakfast at 21 euros each is way too expensive! we ate out every day to save some money - a good breakfast out is around 11 or 12 euros for eggs and bacon and 8 euros for good continental. Come on Mercure - make it affordable!

Great breakfast and location

Liked: Fantastic breakfast and location
Disliked: Parking is under the hotel. Very tight right hand drop if the first level is full. This level holds around 4/5 cars. Luckily there was a space here but I wouldn’t have taken my A5 Sportback lower. The height is restricted but a long car won’t fit around the right bend. Take care if you have to go down to the next level.
