Great location, check-in process a...

Disliked: Room did not have a double bed as requested. Was then moved to a dirty room. Third time lucky, we got the right room, but it only had towels etc for 1 guest. Then after breakfast our keycards stopped working and we had to have reception come up and help after two attempts to reset the key cards.

Great hotel in Toulouse

Liked: It was very easy to get to from the airport. The staff were lovely and gave excellent service. The hotel was a short walk to the town centre and also the river. We had a great view of the park from our room.
Disliked: As it was near a main road/town, it was quite nosy at night (from outside).

Disliked: A couple of smaller things - pillow quality could be better and in-room tea/coffee arrangements a little limited.
