Nice staff, but old infrastructure.

Liked: Nice staff. I had to changed room and they made it happen very quickly !
Disliked: Infrastructure is old. They have a smoking floor which smells. As a non-smoker this was a no-go.

Superb

Liked: Excellent location, very close to the station and car hire services. Short walk to the historic centre and major attractions. Room was comfortable, good wifi. Elevator available for higher floors.

Was a good location but...

Liked: Close to train station and walk to main attractions. Was quiet with double glazing. Had a view
Disliked: No fridge, 2 paper cups for coffee. Only a couple of sachets of coffee and tea and no milk. Seems like cost cutting that is damaging.
