Very good

Excellent location of a modern...

Liked: Location was excellent: a modern hotel hidden in the small streets and alleys of old Rouen. The room was big enough for us to write and draw as well as relax. The Breakfast was varied: I enjoyed the fruits and crepes especially. The cleaning of the room was also done efficiently and at the same time--so we could predict when we needed to be gone.
Disliked: The elevator was small. I liked the modern bathroom but the shower with an open door made it a challenge to keep water off of the floor. I would have liked a bar of soap. Otherwise we enjoyed the space and facilities.

Liked: Located right in the center of Rouen with perfect location. room was very nice and the bed was comfortable.many restaurants and bars nearby. has a private parking garage which was important for my stay.

Liked: Location. Comfort of room. Breakfast was great
Disliked: There was a problem with the electricity in room 311. The card holder didn't work well and the electricity would shut off during the evening. Also the heat did not work and the room was cold. We did receive a portable heater which was nice.
