Disliked: It was dirty , in the room was full of dust which was a problem because I have asthma plus the bathroom Was obviously not clean properly , luckily I was there only 2 days

Not Mercure level hotel

Liked: For our purposes location was OK. And we have no problem with parking on street nearby. A big shopping center is in 1 minute by foot.
Disliked: I would say that this is not Mercure level hotel. 1. It's hard to find the entrance from outside. There are signs with a word "hotel on it". Guests need to guess what hotel exactly. There are several in this area.2. Rooms are pretty old. No carpet on the floor. Pillows are very thin. 3. No slippers provided. When I asked for it, the answer was "slippers for privelege rooms only". Crazy attitude for your guests, Mercure. 4. The hotel was 30% full, but we got a room with a view to backyard. Nobody asked about our wishes. 5. The most disappointing was the breakfast. It costs 17€, but doesn't worth more than 5€. No vegetables at all. Mashed eggs, bacon and very cheap sausages. Ham also the cheapest. Staff didn't refresh the dishes at the buffet.
