Exceptional

Liked: Good Mercure hotel in Paris with friendly and helpful staff. The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It's about a 6 min walk from the nearest metro station and there's plenty of cafes, restaurants, takeaways, bakeries, and supermarkets in the area. Would recommend.

Pleasant stay

Liked: Room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The area was very quiet at night. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: We did find a bed bug in the bed but Paris has had widespread problems. I left the bed bug on the bedside table and despite cleaners obviously coming in to tidy the room, the bed bug was not removed. We ended up bringing a bed bug home but apart from that, we were very fortunate it appeared to be one single bedbug and they haven't spread in our house.
