A cpmfertable budget stay in...

Liked: Rooms were just comfertable, not big but just right. Bed was may be small but overall good experience. We were facing main road but couldn't hear any traffic.
Disliked: Was not able to control room temperature but may be it was EUROPE thing.

Rude, unhelpful staff and a...

Liked: It was clean and bright.
Disliked: The staff were rude when we arrived and although several messages had been sent regarding the trip was booked in my name but was a gift to my 22 yr old son and his partner the staff disputed the booking, I had to send screen shots of the text conversation. My son later called saying they were demanding a £200 deposit, this was no where mentioned on booking.com. This really ruined their first day. The staff were no helpful or friendly,
