Disliked: Very disappointed at the customer service and staff behaviour..Mum stayed there and had a lot of issues They kept on assessing the room while she was in after knocking without waiting to get a response.We complained , they promised to assess it, they still assessed the room while she was having her bath..Imagine coming out of the bathroom to see someone in your room I felt this was unacceptable and she had to leave to another hotel because of this, contacted them but no response till the booking expired.. and they never responded to the complaints.She also had some issues in her room and called for support but no one came to sort it out I must say it wasn’t a pleasant experience
