Liked: perfect location if youre going to the Zenith Centre for a concert and also nearby shopping centre. the reception staff couldnt have been more friendly and helpful.
Disliked: we liked everything about the property and would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay

Liked: The staff, the location , the easy free secure parking ( strong lights illuminated the parking area ) the sauna and i especially enjoyed breakfast which consisted of both hot and cold dishes and a wide variety of foodstuffs enough to satisfy even the most choosy of people. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable.

location fantastic, for the arena, night staff not

Liked: it was modern, beds are comfy, breakfast was amazing ! the location to the stadium for the scorpions was just the best x
Disliked: Ermmm ..no air conditioning in the rooms, which was advertised, and when yr hormonal in yr late 50s you need air con I booked 2 rooms back in October last year, 1 twin room for 2 people, and also a double room for 2 people, however, the hotel asked us to pay for the breakfasts this morning Sunday 14/05/2023 Imgoing to attach the photos of our booking, and I will be taking it up with booking.Com I would recommend staying here, as the front of house staff were amazing, but the night staff were not, lessons learnt
