Great Location but sub standard...

Disliked: Disappointing breakfast. Cold “hot buffet” with overcooked pastries on all 3 mornings of our stay. Bar closed early every night, one night at 6pm when meant to be open until midnight. Bathroom so small you could barely close the door when inside.

Cold room and lumpy extra...

Disliked: Cold room that needed 3 hours to warm up and lumpy extra bed ( brought after we discovered that was just a double and we booked for three of us) for our daughter is not worthy of 4 * and the price tag.

Good location

Liked: The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The layout of the bathroom was very difficult. One can’t stand in the hall while the other tried to open the door of the toilet or shower. Also I would have liked having a creamer for my coffee.

Disliked: The taxi ordered by reception to the airport was 25 mins late . So we had to get our own uber and it was very stressful

Disliked: Everything was great couldn't fault anything

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful, and smiley and did not try too hard to sell in-house services
Disliked: As a perfectionist, I believe another detailed round of cleaning would be nice but it is acceptable for 1 night or 2
